Shipping And Delivery Policy

1.What Is Delivered

• the DRE Pro installer, downloaded from your account
• a licence key for each computer in your order, shown in your account

2.When It Arrives

The licence key appears in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. The installer can be downloaded at any time from your account.

3.No Physical Shipping

Nothing is posted or couriered and there is no shipping fee. DRE Pro can be bought and delivered anywhere the website and Razorpay work.

4.Computers Without Internet

Download the installer on any computer with internet and copy it across. The licence can be activated offline using the request and response files in DRE Pro's Licence screen.

5.If Your Key Has Not Arrived

Sign in to your account first. The key is shown there. If payment went through and there is no key after 30 minutes, contact us with your order number or the payment reference from Razorpay.
