1.Who We Are

datarecoverix.com and DRE Pro are run by Data Engineers, India, reachable at support@datarecoverix.com and +91 852 770 9690. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Data Engineers. "You" means the person or organisation using the site or buying a licence.

2.Using This Website

You may read, download from and share links to this website for your own use or your organisation's use. You agree not to:

• copy the website, its text, screenshots or design for another product or website
• try to break into the site, the customer account area or the systems behind them
• send automated traffic that slows the site down for others
• use the site or the software for anything unlawful, including recovering data you have no right to access

3.The Software And The Licence

DRE Pro can be downloaded, installed and used to scan and preview drives without paying. Saving recovered files and some features need a paid licence.

Each licence is for one computer and does not expire. How you may use the software is set out in the Licence Agreement at datarecoverix.com/licence-agreement.

4.Your Account

Downloading and buying need a free account. Give correct details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

5.Orders And Prices

Prices are shown in Indian rupees per computer before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the licence appears in your account. If a price on the site is shown wrongly because of an obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

6.Payment

Payments are taken through Razorpay by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. Your payment details go to Razorpay and are handled under Razorpay's own terms. We do not see or store your card number.

7.Delivery

DRE Pro is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. The licence key appears in your account once payment is confirmed and the installer is downloaded from your account. The Delivery Policy has the details.

8.Refunds And Cancellation

Scanning and preview are free so that you can see what DRE Pro finds on your drive before you pay. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy at datarecoverix.com/refund-policy.

9.What We Cannot Promise

Whether a file can be recovered depends on what has happened to the drive since it was lost. A file that has been overwritten or a drive with physical damage may not give anything back. We do not promise that any particular file will be recovered, whole or at all.

The free scan shows you what DRE Pro can find before you buy. Please use it.

10.Limits On Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect loss arising from the use of this website or the software. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

11.Our Content And Names

The website, the DRE Pro name and logo, the software and its screens belong to us. Photos credited on the About page belong to their photographers and are used under the Unsplash License. Names of drive makers and other products belong to their owners and are used only to describe what DRE Pro works with.

12.Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when the product, the law or the way we sell changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied when they were placed.

13.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court please write to us. Most problems are sorted out quickly by a person who can see your order.
